Decluttering/Organizing/Tidying Services

Going through everything (or nearly everything) of a clients, both physical and digital. We will determine what things spark joy for the client then set up organizational systems as well as strategies to maintain them going forward. This is a long term project, most likely at least 30 hours depending on the client. This is offered in person, via video chat, and via phone call.
If the client has specific parts of their space that they struggle with, I can help them focus on that specific area/space without having to go through everything they own. This is a medium term service, around 10-20 hours depending on the client. This is offered in person, via video chat, and via phone call.
This is similar to targeted decluttering, but specific to digital clutter, as many people have their physical space decluttered but struggle with their digital space. This can be emails, files, photos, or anything else one might have on their devices. This task length varies widely, depending on the needs of the client. This can be done both in person as well as via video meeting screen sharing.

This service is for if you are moving and want to go through most or all of your stuff to prepare for a new space, have support in moving to and setting up the new space, and well as packing help. If you would like this, please contact me at least two months before you move so that I can ensure that we have enough time together to go through things before the packing and moving stage begins so we do not have to declutter and pack at the same time and can focus on one task at a time. The decluttering portion of this can be done in person, via video call, or via phone call, and the time frame depends on the amount of belongings the client wants to declutter. The packing itself is in person only.
This service is for if you need help packing for a move, including sorting and organizing things to make unpacking as easy as possible. I’m unable to carry anything heavier than 20 lbs, but can pack and label things. Please schedule your consultation at least three weeks before your moving date.
Perfect for people who don’t have the ability to declutter before a move but want to jump in to their new space with a new set of skills. I’ll help you set up organizational systems in your new space! The length of this service depends on how many belongings the client has, as well as how prepared they are for the new space. This is available in person and via phone or video call.

For clients who know what they’re doing but just need another person around to keep them accountable in doing the work, need the company and motivation while they work, help setting up and planning a to do list, or any combination of the above. Can be over any length of time and in person or online.
If you have any large projects that you're struggling to tackle, such as but not limited to applying for disability, or moving, I can help you break down the steps, plan a timeline, and whatever else you might need help with. The timeline for this depends on the project and is available in person, and via video or phone call.
This is for any other type of executive function support a client might need. This can be by helping the client build those skills, by myself taking over trickier aspects, or a combo.
Examples of that include:
- Working on habit building
- Building internal motivation
- Learning to tailor the client's expectations and goals to their abilities

- Problem Solving
- Emotional Regulation
- Focus
- Planning
- Time management
- Prioritisation

I can assemble furniture of any brand and hang low-weight-bearing shelves. I have my own tools including a drill, screwdriver set, stud finder, hammer, tape measure, level, and a variety of screws and nails. I can assemble smaller projects (small bookcases, desks, small shelving units) alone. Larger projects require either help from the client or me bringing in an additional person, which requires at least one week notice. This is priced the same as my tidying services and the same policies.
This can include me coming to the client's space to take measurements of the space and contents or the client providing me with the measurements. Based on the needs of the client I will create at least two possible room layouts, more than two depends on if there are additional possible layouts. This is an hourly rate based on a combination of the time making the plans as well as time used to brainstorm different layouts.
