Policies and Logistics

Clients are responsible for being aware of these policies when they are relevant, so please read them carefully. Thank you!

  • I want my services to be as accessible to the people who need it. As such, they are offered on a sliding scale from $15-$40 per hour for Indigenous POC and Black folks in West Philly (click here to view map of what that covers), and $25-$50 per hour for all others. Consultations are $20. I am also willing to discuss discounts/payment plans on a case by case basis for sessions, so please reach out and we can figure something out. At the moment this does not extend to consultations.

I also offer my services as trade. As I am disabled and also living under capitalism, I cannot offer them exclusively as trade, and require the consultation payment to be monetary. I am currently only available to trade for things I would have otherwise needed, but do not hesitate to let me know what you can offer.

  • Consultations:

$20 fee is charged for cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the consultation’s scheduled start time.

    • for example: if your session is scheduled to start at 5 pm on a Friday, cancelling any time after 5 pm on Tuesday would require a fee.

    Non-consultation session cancellations and rescheduling:

    • if I am notified 24-72 hours before the session is scheduled to start, there is a fee of 50% of client’s usual hourly rate times the number of hours the session was scheduled for.

      • cancellation window example: if your session is scheduled to begin at 5 pm on a Friday, the 24-72 hour window begins on Tuesday at 5 pm and ends on Thursday at 5 pm.

      • payment rate example: if you usually pay $25/hr and your session was scheduled for 3 hours, your fee would be $37.50

    • if I am notified within 24 hours of when the session is scheduled to start, there is a fee of 100% of client’s usual hourly rate times the number of hours the session was scheduled for.

      • cancellation window example: if your session was scheduled for Friday at 5 pm, any cancellations after 5 pm on Thursday would fall within the 24 hour window.

      • payment rate example: if you usually pay $25/hr and your session was scheduled for 3 hours, your fee would be $75

    • prompt rescheduling discount: if client reschedules by 72 hours from start of cancelled session, they get 50% off of their next session. If a session is rescheduled due to a COVID exposure of positive test, the window to reschedule is 7 days

      • rescheduling time window example: if your session was scheduled to begin at 5 pm on a Friday, you would have until 5 pm on Monday to choose the time for your next session to get 50% off. The session itself does not need to be within the 72 hour window.

      • COVID time window example: if your session was scheduled to begin at 5 pm on a Friday, you have until 5 pm the following Friday to either reschedule or to let me know you are still testing positive.

If a client does not respond within the grace period of 30 minutes after the scheduled start of their session, it will be considered a cancelled session.

If a client cannot pay the fee at time of cancellation, sessions will be paused until the balance is paid.

  • If a session is shortened, whether it is ended earlier than scheduled or starts later than scheduled, for reasons that are not the responsibility of NeurodiversiTidy, the cut time is subject to our cancellation fee policy.

    • if I am notified 24-72 hours before the session is scheduled to start, there is a fee of 50% of client’s usual hourly rate times the number of hours the session was shortened by.

      • cancellation window example: if your session is scheduled to begin at 5 pm on a Friday, the 24-72 hour window begins on Tuesday at 5 pm and ends on Thursday at 5 pm.

      • payment rate example: if you usually pay $25/hr and your session was scheduled for 4 hours, but shortened to 2 hours, your fee would be $25.

    • if I am notified within 24 hours of when the session is scheduled to start, the client must pay for the entire scheduled session

      • cancellation window example: if your session was scheduled for Friday at 5 pm, any shortening after 5 pm on Thursday would fall within the 24 hour window.

  • Any time I am hired and the area tackled involves shared spaces/spaces maintained by multiple people, I ask that anyone with responsibility for the space be involved. This will look different for every situation, but my expectation is that everyone is on the same page so that any systems implemented can be maintained by all. This can families, roommates, etc.

  • If you have a large amount of physical things that need to be either removed from, or moved around within your space, arrangements can be made to take care of it, with notice. I am able to lift up to 20 pounds, and can push or pull things across floors. I can reach out to someone physically abled who can be brought in if things need to be lifted. If they are needed, for however long they are there, the rate will be doubled to compensate them. At least a week’s notice is required for planning if this is needed.

  • I am based out of Lenapehoking/Philadelphia and can do in person work with people accessible by SEPTA, as well as online services for those outside that. It can also be arranged for me to come to you outside of that area with additional charges for transport/lodging. My reparations pricing is currently only available to Indigenous people of colour and Black folks in West Philly. Click here to view the map of where is within that range.

  • My days of operation are Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. It may take me up to one week to respond to consultation requests and non time sensitive emails, thank you for your patience!

  • In order to keep my services accessible for immunocompromised folks, I mask at all my appointments and am as vaccinated as possible. I also am covid conscious in my personal life, masking in all indoor spaces unless eating, and in busy outdoor spaces.

Whether you wear a mask during our appointments is up to you, as it’s your space and I want you to feel comfortable.

If you are unvaccinated by choice (anything that isn’t due to medical issues that make a vaccination unsafe for you), I cannot offer you my services.
